They have trashed the site as you can see by the photos below and they have started to deface the outside of the Deepwater Railway building.

At 2000 the Deepwater FM 91.1 had their rooms for a number of years and the Deepwater Railway did need the money for rent for maintenance of the Deepwater Railway building and site..
Before the Deepwater FM 91.1 Committee took the rooms rent was coming to the Deepwater Railway.
So rent was expected.
